Terms of Service

Sidecar is currently a private beta. These terms are deliberately short; they will be replaced by a full agreement before public launch. By using Sidecar you agree to the following.

The service

Sidecar runs code you (or an AI agent acting on your account) submit, in isolated cloud sessions, metered against a credit balance. During the beta, credits are granted by us and have no cash value.

Beta status — no warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Sessions, stored files, saved history, and connections may be interrupted, changed, or deleted at any time, including without notice, while we iterate. Do not rely on Sidecar as the only copy of anything important.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sidecar to attack, scan, or disrupt systems you don't own or have permission to test; to mine cryptocurrency; to send spam; or to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk, and we may set or change resource limits.

Your content

Code, data, and connection credentials you provide remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to run them on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to use any data or credentials you connect.

Termination & changes

Either of us can end your participation in the beta at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Questions: team@sidecars.io.
